For starters, the same day Courtney listed my house, he had 3 different buyers make an appointment to view the house that same day or the following day. Within days, we had multiple offers in hand. Once we had already been in contract for over a week, Courtney received yet another offer in case we wanted to keep it as a backup. Courtney had my house all over social media and online home searching sites like Zillow. The process was very smooth from start to finish. Courtney told me what I could expect during every step of the process and it was all exactly as described. Best of all, Courtney sold my house for more than any of the other houses in the neighborhood had sold for.
